Jazz / Funk
Tap - VIP*
Josh Nitkin has trained in a variety of styles of dance; from Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Acrobatics to Ballet, Modern, Lyrical, and Adagio/Partnering. He has had the incredible opportunity to train under some of Canada's most esteemed choreographers and educators, including; Danny Poland, Stellio Calagias, Nadia Potts, Jeff Wong, and Shawn Byfield. His vast training led him to earn a Silver Medal at the World Championships of Dancing. Mr. Nitkin later went on to graduate from the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts in Toronto, Canada. Josh has spent over a decade being a dance educator and is a member of the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD) and Performing Arts Educators of Canada (PAEC). Currently, he is the owner of Toronto Dance Vibe located in Toronto, Canada, and has been a highly sought after adjudicator throughout Canada and the U.S. for close to a decade. Josh is currently on the DX judging panels for the 2015 season.
Jazz - VIP*
Anabel Juco is a nine-time USASF Dance World Champion and a three-time ICU Dance World Champion. She has over eighteen years of dance experience and has studied jazz, pom, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, tap and hip hop at local studios around Orange County, California. Anabel has been dancing competitively for nine years now, and has won multiple regional and national titles, which included being a two-time winner of the Shirley A. Wedge National Dance Scholarship. She has also performed at the Choreographer’s Carnival in Los Angeles in 2010. Anabel was a member of the Orange Coast College Dance Team, where she captured three National Champion titles, and has been competing with PACE Elite for the past four years under the guidance of owners Mike Reynolds and Dan Sapp. She has also coached for high school and college dance teams around Southern California. Currently, Anabel is an instructor at PACE Elite as well as a part of the dance staff for U.S. Spiritleaders, all while attending her final year of college at California State University, Fullerton as an Entertainment and Tourism Studies major.

Charleigh France's background includes training at the San Jose Ballet School, San Diego School of Music and Dance, as well as studying in Poland with the Worlds Dance Festival, at Tisch School of the Arts in New York City and master classes at Julliard. After relocating to Las Vegas, she was hired for a role with Cirque du Soleil and a cast member of "Jubliee." Charleigh has choreographed and performed with recording artists Ciara, Christina Aguilera, and Busta Rhymes. LaMont Wheat hired her for videos and she was a principle dancer with Twisted Movement Dance in San Diego, CA. Charleigh's choreography has won numerous awards across the country for studios and all-star programs. She has judged for many events including DX Majestic, Eclipse, AmeriCup, and the USASF Dance Worlds at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

Jessika Leonard's 30 plus years of dance training, judging and instructing has made her the perfect individual for the DX Judge Director position. She has studied alongside world renowned dancers in New York City, competed nationally on her high school team and received numerous awards, including selection as a Universal Dance Association All-Star and Marching Auxiliaries All-American. While attending college, Jessika continued her training at the Minnesota Conservatory for Art. She then went on to coach high school and all-star programs who consistently made appearances in the state tournament and captured top honors. Jessika has experience judging local, state, and national level competitions. She is trained as a superior judge for the Minnesota State High School League and a judge with the Wisconsin Association of Cheer/Pom Judges. Jessika currently serves as the Director of Judging for the AmeriCup and the Eclipse, Majestic, and Amaze studio dance competitions. For the last two years, Jessika has had the opportunity to work with the judging panels and judging coordinators at the USASF Dance Worlds.

Deanna Tetner's love for dance began at the age of ten after trying on a friend's pair of tap shoes. Deanna studied ballet, modern, and jazz in the California Bay Area, she owned a studio, and has been recognized for choreography, technique, and other special awards including high honors on the regional and national levels. Her college experience included dancing with the Univ. of Louisville-Ladybirds, Univ. of MN Golden Gophers, and as a member of the National Champion MN State University-Mankato Dance Team, as well as, the MSUM University Repertory Dance Company. A four-time high school State Jazz Champion and Pom National Champion herself, Deanna eventually became a Head Instructor and Curriculum Choreographer with NDA receiving numerous individual awards in instruction and leadership. Deanna has coached on the all-star, high school, and college levels, leading teams to State and National titles. Currently, Ms. Tetner continues to choreograph for college, high school, and all-star teams that have won multiple state and national championships and ranked in the top 10 at the Dance Worlds. She shares her knowledge and passion for dance by adjudicating for DX, as well as, other competitions and auditions around the Midwest.

Katie Peyton has always had a fascination with health and wellness. Katie decided to pursue this obsession and make it her life mission to teach women how to care for their bodies and heal themselves through nutrition as a Health Coach. After receiving her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, she became owner of Limitless You Health, specializing in weight loss, battling cravings, and emotional eating. In addition to coaching individuals and small groups, she conducts workshops on healthy living and the current wellness 'hot topics.' Ms. Peyton is also the creator of the "Budding Nutrition Program" for children and teens. She passionately believes it is never too late to fall in love with yourself, your life, and your body. With the experience of twenty-four years as a competitive dancer and member of a World Champion Hip Hop team, Katie is excited to be able to share her knowledge and passion for health with those who share her unending love for dance.

Lisa Kubinski Saline began her company 28 years ago and continues expanding based on the needs and requests from teachers and coaches in the dance fields. Personally, Lisa's years of extensive dance training in tap, ballet, jazz, pom, kick, and lyrical earned her regional and national recognition for group and solo performances. She showcased dance for the Miss Teen of Minnesota Scholarship Pageant and was crowned with the title in 1984. That same year, she was one of 600 candidates who auditioned for the first-ever professional team for the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders. She was selected as one of the original 36 members and remained a member for five years. She has coached/taught all age levels for studio, as well as, collegiate and eventually led her team to the national championships where they finished sixth. In 1990, Lisa developed the NHL's first eve professional cheer/dance team, the Electric Stars, for the Minnesota North Stars. She coached this group for four years until the team relocated to Dallas, Texas. She is the founder of the AmeriCup Dance Championship, Eclipse, Amaze, and Majestic studio dance competitions, the 3D Dance Convention and Teacher Workshop, DX Judges Association, and co-creator of the UPA/ANP International Cheer/Dance Championship in Mexico. In 2015, she is debuting the inaugural DX National Studio Dance Competition in Brainerd, MN. Over the past fourteen years, Lisa has directed the DX Thanksgiving Walt Disney World Tour in Florida. She has contributed to the dance industry through positions in various organizations including; the USASF Dance Worlds Rules, Sanctioning, and Judge Selection Committees, the National Dance Advisory Committee, and was selected for a fourth term on the USASF National Advisory Board. Lisa is considered an icon in the dance industry, traveling around the world judging, teaching, and speaking. She has been honored with numerous awards over the years, but her most cherished are the Spirit Industry's 25 Most Influential People and the 2009 MN Vikings Cheerleaders Hall of Fame.
