Hotel Requirement

All families and dancers must stay at the Official Host Hilton Hotel - 1001 Marquette Ave. S., Minneapolis MN 55401

  • Rooms must be booked exclusively through Gametime Travel.

    • Only exception: Families living within 50 miles of Minneapolis.

  • Not Allowed (Leads to Athlete Disqualification)

    • Booking directly with the Hilton

    • Using travel sites (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.)

    • Using rewards points

    • Booking via hotel sales or management

    Athletes associated with non-compliant bookings will be disqualified from the event.

  • Room Details

    • Room rate is based on occupancy of 2–4 people per room

    • Families living within 50 miles of Minneapolis are exempt from the stay requirement

How to Book a Room Block

Step 1: Request a HOLD BLOCK

  • Only one person (e.g., director, team admin) should submit the request.

  • If your team has families staying different lengths:

    • Submit two separate requests:

      • One for a 2-night block

      • One for a 3-night block

Step 2: Receive Your Booking Link

  • Gametime Travel will send a custom booking link to the contact who submitted the request.

Step 3: Share the Link

  • Send the link to your team families so they can book their rooms individually.

  • Your link will stay active for two weeks.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment in full is required when booking.

  • Once booked, you have 24 hours to cancel without penalty

  • After 24 hours:

    • All room and tax charges (minimum 2 nights) become non-refundable
