DANCER CHOICE CLASS
Improv Dance: Musicality & Storytelling
This improvisational dance class explores movement through music and emotion rather than set choreography. Dancers develop musicality by responding to rhythm, tempo, and dynamics, learning how to translate sound into expressive movement.
The class also focuses on storytelling through dance, using gesture, emotion, and imagination to create characters and narratives without words. Through guided prompts and open improvisation, students build confidence, creativity, and expressive freedom.
Open to all levels—no prior dance experience needed.
Dancin’ in Heels
A high-energy class that combines jazz and commercial choreography while focusing on technique, balance, and confidence in heeled footwear. Dancers build strength and stability through warm-ups and drills, then learn dynamic choreography that emphasizes posture, control, and performance presence. This class is designed to help you move safely, confidently, and with style. Heels are welcomed, but not required for class.
Collegiate Pom Tips & Tricks
This class prepares dancers for collegiate pom tryouts by focusing on sharp technique, performance quality, and clean execution.
