Distiguished Leaders
DX will recognize one outstanding dancer from each organization (not studio). The director and dancer will be on stage during the Awards Gala. Directors will present the dancers with their Distinguished Leader medals.
Directors are encouraged to select an individual not on technical merit, but rather his/her:
Passion for dance.
Ability to be a true leader, both in the classroom and on the dance floor.
Ability to help others when needed with dance and/or life issues.
Ability to be a wonderful representative of your entire program.
