Xtreme Team (XT) participation is by invite only from Regional competitions. This is an elite performance opportunity for solo, duet, and trio finalists. Participation is FREE. Rehearsals are mandatory. All XT dancers are required to provide black bottoms for the performance. The Xtream Team kicks-off the solo/duo/trio FINALS competition on Thursday, June 13, 2024.
All solo, duo, and trio finalists, from each skill level [novice, intermediate & advanced) at DX Regional events are invited. However, participation is ultimately up to each studio Director.
Once qualified, it is up to the dancer and/or studio director to properly register for Nationals and the Xtreme Team program in their DanceBUG account. Attendees are also required to register their award winning solo/duo/trio routine in order to participate.
The Xtreme Team performance will include a variety of styles. Choreography and placement will be determined on sight by DX staff.
XT participation may be time consuming, but will also be rewarding. The specific schedule will be sent one week prior to nationals to all invitees registered. Refer to the Schedule on the Nationals main page for rehearsal dates.
Rehearsals are closed to the public.
