You can change the dollar amount to be charged before you hit submit. The first payment due is $200/per person.

2024 Itinerary

Thursday - Oct. 10, 2024

Fly to NYC in the morning. Store your luggage at the beautiful SHERATON TIMES SQUARE. Check-in anytime after 4 PM. The Sheraton Times Square hotel is just steps from TIMES SQUARE and Broadway’s famous theater district. Your afternoon is free for sight-seeing. Join DX in the evening for DINNER and a BROADWAY SHOW.






Friday - Oct. 11, 2024

Kick-off your day with BREAKFAST at the hotel. Then we’ll depart for a MASTER DANCE CLASS at one of New York’s finest studios. Lunch will be on your own in ROCKEFELLER CENTER. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the 911 MEMORIAL & MUSEUM as a group. Your evening is free.






Saturday - Oct. 12, 2024

Enjoy BREAKFAST at the hotel. Depart for our second MASTER DANCE CLASS. Explore HERALD SQUARE for lunch on your own and shopping. Catch the ferry to the STATUE OF LIBERTY and ELLIS ISLAND. Here you’ll have a chance to spend some time at this historic entry point for millions of Americans. Your evening is free.






Sunday - Oct. 13, 2024

Grab BREAKFAST at the hotel before you check-out. Visit CENTRAL PARK on your own before you depart for home.

STAY ON SITE - All attendees are required to purchase a package and stay with the DX group on site.

CHAPERONES - Dancers are not allowed to attend without a chaperone, who must also stay on site. DX will not be in charge of any individuals. Chaperones required for every 10 dancers and must be 25 years of age or older.

QUAD (4 in room) - $3,980 or $995 per person  

TRIPLE (3 in room) - $3,315 or $1,105 per person

DOUBLE (2 in room) - $2,640 or $1,320 per person

SINGLE (1 in room) - $1,795 per person

All fees paid are non-refundable.



DANCER FEE - $45



ADDITIONAL NIGHT LODGING: Planning to stay an extra day or arrive earlier? DX has a limited number of rooms on shoulder dates.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

LODGING:  All guests receive four days (4) / three (3) nights lodging at the Sheraton Times Square hotel.

BREAKFAST:  Three breakfasts at the hotel are included in the package.

PRIVATE DINNER PARTY:  DX has a special outing planned for all guests. Be sure to come hungry. Dinner takes place before our Broadway show.

BROADWAY SHOW:  A ticket to one (1) Broadway Show is included in the package.

MASTER CLASSES:  Two (2) master classes are included in the package (for dancers only). Parents will have free time to check out the sites in NYC.

STATUE OF LIBERTY: & ELLIS ISLAND: Admission to Lady Liberty & Ellis Island is included with all tour packages.

911 MEMORIAL & MUSEUM: A special visit / admission to this important memorial is also included in the package.

TRANSPORTATION: An unlimited one-week subway pass comes with all packages to get DX tour members from point A to point B.

DX NYC TOUR SHIRT:  Every dancer and guest will sport the official NYC Tour event tee. Don't forget to give us your shirt size when registering.

FAQs


wHO CAN COME?

The trip is open to individual families, studios, teams, and guests. All ages are welcome but must have a package. Dancers must be 7 years or older in order to attend the master classes.



WHEN DOES MY DANCER HAVE TO BE SEVEN?

The dancer must be seven years old at the time of the tour. You can register him/her before that.


CAN I ATTEND WITH JUST MY FAMILY OR DO I HAVE TO COME WITH MY STUDIO / TEAM?

Yes - You can come! If your studio or team isn't planning on doing the DX NYC Tour as a group event, you can travel with just your family. Simply register on your own.


DO I NEED MY OWN ACCOUNT?

Yes - every room must have their own account. Sign up as an Independent when creating your account. Be sure to include your studio affiliation so we can try and block your rooms near each other.

WHERE DO I REGISTER?

Go to the DX website and select the REGISTER button or click HERE.

WHAT IS IT REALLY GOING TO COST?

Each person attending must purchase a package. Packages are based on the number of people in a room. Transportation to New York City is purchased on your own.


WHAT DOES DX RECOMMEND FOR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?

If at all possible, plan to arrive early morning on Thursday. It will take approximately 45 min. to get from the airport to Times Square. Plan accordingly. The group will be going to dinner and a Broadway Show that evening so you should arrive at the hotel no later than 4:30 PM. You may depart any time on Sunday.


ARE THERE ANY MEALS INCLUDED?

Yes - The tour includes one dinner and three breakfasts. Additional meals are on your own.


CAN I STAY ADDITIONAL NIGHTS?

DX has a limited supply of hotel rooms available before and after our tour dates. Select appropriate nights through on your registration.

WHAT IF I HAVE FIVE PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY?

The Sheraton Times Square does not allow more than four people to a room. You will need to book an additional room to accommodate your family OR place a family member in another room with friends. If the fifth person is a child under two, you could book one room. List them as well and include their age under Notes For Room.  


DOES THE DIRECTOR/COACH NEED TO BOOK A ROOM?

Yes - make sure you make your own reservation and get into the system to secure a room. Contact DX directly for further instructions. (763) 792-8989,



CAN I USE MY HOTEL POINTS TO SECURE MY ROOM?

No - all DX Tour members must purchase the package. You may turn in your honor point number upon check in to earn credit for the trip.


HOW WILL WE GET AROUND NEW YORK CITY?

Subway passes and the ferry will be our modes of transportation. DX will travel to events as a group. Attendees may depart at their leisure.


HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Simply go online to register and pay your non-refundable deposit. Make your selection based on the number of people in your room. This event does fill up so register early to secure your spot early.
