THURSDAY – October 15, 2026

✈️ Morning: Fly to New York City.
🧳 Upon arrival, store your luggage at the beautiful Sheraton Times Square. Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM. The hotel is just steps away from Times Square and Broadway’s famous theater district.

🗽 Afternoon: Enjoy free time for sightseeing and exploring the city on your own.

🍽️ Evening: Join DX for a group dinner and a Broadway show — a perfect way to kick off your NYC experience! We have requested THE LION KING!

FRIDAY – October 16, 2026

🍳 Morning: Start your day with a hot breakfast at the hotel.
💃 Then, we’ll head to one of New York City’s premier studios for master dance classes led by top industry professionals.

🥗 Lunch: Enjoy lunch on your own at Rockefeller Center — with plenty of dining options and sights to explore.

🎭 Afternoon: Take a guided tour of the legendary Radio City Music Hall, including a special meet-and-greet with a Rockette!

🌆 Evening: The night is yours! Whether it’s catching another Broadway show, exploring the city, or relaxing with your friends, New York is at your feet.

SATURDAY – October 17, 2026

🍳 Morning: Start your day with a hot breakfast at the hotel.
🛥️ Then we’ll set off on a scenic boat cruise around the Statue of Liberty and other iconic New York City landmarks — a must-see experience!

🥪 Lunch: Enjoy lunch in the charming and historic Greenwich Village, known for its unique shops, cafés, and vibrant culture.

🕊️ Afternoon: We’ll visit the powerful and moving 9/11 Memorial & Museum for a meaningful reflection on the city’s history.

🌃 Evening: After the museum, you’re free to explore the city at your own pace — grab dinner, shop, or take in the sights one last time.

SUNDAY – October 18, 2026

🍳 Morning: Enjoy one last hot breakfast at the hotel.
🧳 After breakfast, store your luggage and take some time to explore Central Park at your own pace — a peaceful and iconic way to wrap up your NYC adventure.

✈️ When ready, head to the airport for your flight home.

DANCER FEE

💃 Required for All Dancers
    An additional $50 per dancer

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

💳 All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• January 15th – $300 deposit per person

  • Trip Cancellation Insurance @ $99 per person due with first deposit (optional)

• March 15th – $300 per person

• May 15th – $300 per person

• July 15th – Remaining balance due

REQUIREMENTS

📍 All attendees must adhere to the following guidelines:

🛎️ STAY ON SITE
    • All participants are required to purchase a package and stay with the DX group at the designated hotel.
    • No outside accommodations permitted.

🧑‍🏫 CHAPERONES
    • Dancers may not attend without a chaperone
    • Chaperones must also stay on site with the group
    • One chaperone is required for every 10 dancers
    • Chaperones must be 25 years of age or older
    • DX is not responsible for any individuals—each group must manage its own supervision

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

❓ WHO CAN COME?

The trip is open to individual families, studios, teams, and guests. All ages are welcome, but everyone must purchase a package. Dancers must be 7 years or older to participate in the master classes.

🎂 WHEN DOES MY DANCER HAVE TO BE SEVEN?

Your dancer must be seven years old at the time of the tour. You may register them before they turn seven.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 CAN I ATTEND WITH JUST MY FAMILY OR DO I HAVE TO COME WITH MY STUDIO / TEAM?

Yes – you can attend with just your family! If your studio or team isn’t participating, simply register on your own.

🧾 DO I NEED MY OWN ACCOUNT?

Yes – every room must have its own account. Register as an Independent, and include your studio affiliation so DX can try to block rooms nearby.

💵 WHAT IS IT REALLY GOING TO COST?

Each attendee must purchase a package, priced based on the number of people per room. Transportation to New York City is not included and must be arranged on your own.

✈️ WHAT DOES DX RECOMMEND FOR ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES?

• Arrive: Thursday morning if possible
• Allow ~1 hour to reach Times Square from the airport
• Arrive at hotel no later than 4:30 PM to make the group dinner and Broadway show
• Depart: Any time on Sunday

🍽️ ARE MEALS INCLUDED?

Yes!
• 3 hot breakfasts
• 1 group dinner
All other meals are on your own.

🛌 CAN I STAY ADDITIONAL NIGHTS?

Yes – DX has limited hotel rooms available for early arrivals or late departures.
Select your desired nights during registration.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 WHAT IF I HAVE FIVE PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY?

The Sheraton allows a maximum of 4 people per room.
You will need to book a second room or place a family member in another room with friends.
If the fifth person is a child under 2, you may stay in one room. Be sure to list the child and age under “Notes for Room.”

🧑‍🏫 DOES THE DIRECTOR / COACH NEED TO BOOK A ROOM?

Yes – directors/coaches must reserve their own room.

🏨 CAN I USE MY HOTEL POINTS TO SECURE MY ROOM?

No – all attendees must purchase the package through DX. You may present your hotel loyalty number at check-in to earn points, but you cannot book using points.

🚇 HOW WILL WE GET AROUND NEW YORK CITY?

• Unlimited Subway Passes and ferry rides are included
• DX will travel as a group to events
• You’re free to explore or depart on your own outside of scheduled activities

WHAT IF I CAN’T GO?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. That’s why optional trip cancellation insurance (TRP) is available for just $99 per person.

• To be eligible, you must select and pay for the insurance at the time of your initial deposit.

• This insurance covers cancellations due to family emergencies, medical needs, and other reasons as outlined in the trip cancellation policy.

• While optional, we highly recommend this coverage for peace of mind.

📝 HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Register online and pay your non-refundable deposit.
Choose your package based on your room size.

Trip Refund Protection (TRP)

The TRP is optional and available for a nominal fee, that must be paid in advance for your trip to be covered.  Under this optional program, you are eligible for a refund of money paid (minus the TRP fee and the initial deposit) should you have to cancel in writing, for any reason, up to...

• 24 hours prior to your scheduled travel date (Land Only, Bus Transportation and Other Non-Air Flight Travel Programs)

How do I cancel my trip?

All cancellations must be in writing. Please email your cancellation letter with your Name, and reason why. All cancellation charges will apply. info@dxevents.com
