PARENT COMMUNICATION

Parents should direct all questions to their studio owners. DX communicates directly with studios only. Refer to the COVID page for safety protocol updates.

SCHEDULE

Download the DanceBUG app to access event schedules. Your studio director/coach will be sent the specific schedule 1 week before the comp. Set up your own DanceBUG account to access the live streaming, on-time schedules, and purchase media.

SCHEDULE ERROR

Found a mistake on the schedule? Contact your studio director and have them call or email DX directly. info@dxevents.com  763-792-8989

ARRIVAL TIME

Ask your studio director what time you should arrive at the venue. DX requests dancers to be ready at least 30 minutes prior to their first dance.

CATEGORY AGE CUT-OFF

DX uses the actual age of the dancer(s) as of December 31st.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

For the safety of the dancers and the protection of choreography, absolutely no videotaping or photography is allowed at the competition. DanceBUG will provide a professional photographer and videographer at all our events and these will be available for purchase.

ORDERING MEDIA

PARADE OF STARS

All solo, duo, and trio finalists announced may participate in the DX Nationals opening number called ‘PARADE OF STARS”. Ultimately, studio directors have the final say on whether or not dancers may participate. Dancers must be registered, provide a t-shirt size and attend all mandatory rehearsals. Participating is free.
